Functions and tasks
Directorate of Labour Remuneration Methodology:
Participates in the development of measures to improve the mechanisms for material incentives of labour and methods of labour remuneration regulation;
Coordinates the work of ministries, departments and other organizations on issues of rationing of work and the development of tariffs and qualification characteristics of occupations and professional positions and servants;
Develops proposals for improving the system of remuneration, the unified wage scale, district regulation of wages;
Provides technical and practical assistance to economic administration bodies and other organizations in the field of remuneration, assignment to an appropriate level of tariff scale of positions and jobs, not reflected in the tariff and qualification directories for works, professions and positions;
Participates by nomination of the relevant trade union bodies (the other representative bodies of workers) and employers (their associations) in the conclusion of sectoral agreements.
